These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Resort's website (the "Website") and your stay at the Resort. By accessing the Website or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Reservations

 * To make a reservation, you can visit our website or contact us directly.

 * A valid credit card/Debit card is required to guarantee your reservation. 

 * Full payment may be required at the time of booking for certain rates or promotions.

 * We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations in case of fraudulent activity or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Rates and Payment

 * Rates are quoted per room, per night, and are subject to change without notice.

 * Applicable taxes and service charges will be added to your final bill.

 * Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, or cash (Indian Rupees only) at the Resort.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

 * Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM.

 * Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

 * You will be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID and the credit card used for the reservation upon check-in.

4. Cancellation Policy

 * Cancellations must be made in writing (email or website form) at least 2(Number) days prior to your arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee.

 * The cancellation fee will be [10 Percentage] of the total booking cost.

 * No refunds will be given for no-shows or early departures.

5. Guest Conduct

 * Guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards other guests and staff.

 * Smoking is not permitted inside the Resort buildings. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.

 * Parties and loud noise are not permitted after [11:00 am].

 * The Resort reserves the right to evict any guest who violates these Terms or engages in disruptive behavior.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

 * The Resort is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings left on the premises.

 * We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

 * The Resort is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur on the property.

7. Website Usage

 * You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes.

 * You are prohibited from transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or racially or ethnically offensive.

 * The Resort reserves the right to terminate your access to the Website for any violation of these Terms.
